Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are satisfied with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer the following return policy:

Return Period

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Condition of Returned Items

Due to the nature of medical devices, returns will only be accepted if the item is in its original, sealed, and unopened packaging.

Items that have been opened, used, or tampered with in any way are not eligible for return.

Returns will be accepted for products that are found to be defective or non-functioning immediately upon opening the package, provided you notify us within the return period and supply any requested documentation or evidence of the defect.

Please note: The product’s warranty is void if it is removed from its sealed packaging for any reason other than immediate use of the tourniquet.

Bulk Orders

Returns on bulk orders will only be accepted if the entire order is returned in its original unopened packaging.

Partial returns are not permitted.

Return Process & Shipping

• Order number

• Date of purchase

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Unclaimed or undeliverable packages returned to us may be subject to a restocking fee and additional shipping charges.

Inspection & Refunds

Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected by our team.

The company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine whether the returned product meets the return policy requirements and is eligible for refund or store credit.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 30 business days for the credit to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
